Japanese Traditional New Year’s Cuisine ‘Osechi’

Osechi is a traditional dish to celebrate the New Year, and is eaten to pray for good health and a good harvest. In Japan, people gather with family and relatives during the New Year and enjoy Osechi dishes. In this article, we introduce easy-to-prepare Osechi dishes that are salt, potassium, and phosphorus friendly.
