Japanese Summer Cuisine, “Somen and Tempura”

This is the final installment in our series of CKD recipes for the four seasons in Japan.

This time it is "summer.

Summer in Japan is hot and humid, and cold, refreshing "Somen" noodles are favored, but since noodles contain a lot of salt, we introduce points to reduce salt content.

And finally, we introduce "Tempura," a typical Japanese dish. Tempura is high in calories and low in salt, and is recommended for those who want to take in good nutrition.

We will introduce how to fry it well, so please try it!
